ECE 2322 - Electronic Circuits I


Credits: 3

Introduces nonlinear devices used in electronic circuits. Covers the DC and AC analysis of circuits employing diodes, bipolar junction transistors, and MOSFETs. Topics include device I-V characteristics, biasing, transfer characteristic, gain, power dissipation, and the design of amplifier circuits and logic circuits. Also, introduces SPICE simulation for DC and transient simulations. Prerequisites: C- or better in ECE 2350  or ECE 2352 . Corequisite: ECE 2122 . (*updated* 1/5/2023; effective spring 2023)
